How BIM was used for the Forrestfield Airport link - WALA presentation

About this event

The Western Australian Government has committed to deliver the Forrestfield-Airport Link Project (FAL). The proposed FAL represents a significant challenge to deliver a crossing of the Swan River, 7.1 km of twin tunnel, three new stations and more than 20 km of track. An integral part of the delivery and a key stakeholder requirement was the use of building information modelling to facilitate the design documentation to provide a federated BIM model to LOD300.
Adrian, Martin and Steven will present how the integration of the various facets of the design have been brought together in the federated model as part of the design and delivery of this milestone project.
