Come along to Steven Coulson's lecture to see a detailed working example of Building Information Management (BIM) in practise and learn about BIM obligations and expectations.

Steven Coulson is a Project Architect at Holmes Miller Architects in Glasgow. Steven has over five years' experience in construction-related projects hosted in BIM and will share his knowledge about:

  • Using a live project of North East Campus school in Dundee as a framework to demonstrate BIM in the construction industry.
  • The methods and benefits of working in a collaborative 3D model.
  • Industry BIM obligations and expectations.
  • Current modelling standards in construction.
  • Clash detection & true coordination.
