About this event

The mandate for BIM Level 2 has required both technological and cultural change across central government suppliers.

Working hand in hand with the supply chain, the Environment Agency have brought about a BIM Level 2 approach across all of its centrally funded construction projects.

Dealing with new standards, software and ways of working it outlines how the use and respect of data has already achieved efficiencies.

This talk explores the challenges of making compliance a reality at a project level. It delivers a “muddy boots” perspective to PAS 1192 and provides some insight into the future strategy for digital construction currently being developed by the Cabinet Office.
