Birmingham Resilience Project site visit, Stourport on severn

About this event

For over a century most of Birmingham’s water has been transported by the Elan Valley Aqueduct from Welsh reservoirs. A need for increased maintenance to the EVA means that an alternative means of delivery is required which includes building a 25km pipeline from the River Severn at Stourport to Frankley.

This meeting will start with an overview of the scheme at Barhale’s project office followed by a visit to the intake works site at Lickhill.

Please book your attendance in advance. Please bring your own PPE or advise if you require this in advance of the event.
