David Hirst CEng FICE
Managing Director, Ainsty Risk
David is a Chartered Engineer and a fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with an MBA in Engineering Management. He is a Lead Consultant and Managing Director of Ainsty Risk, with over 20 years' experience with the energy and commodity markets including strategic and operational management.

For 'Leave':

Carl Chambers
Yorkshire Chairman, Business for Britain
After qualifying and practicing as both a barrister and Chartered Accountant, Carl worked in private equity and corporate finance for 10 years with 3i, NatWest Markets, HSBC and Coutts. In recent years he has been a non-executive director of several businesses. He is currently Chairman of Harrogate-based gas supply business CNG Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust where he chairs the Finance and Performance Committee.

The debate will be chaired by Jonathan Oxley, Director at Lupton Fawcett Denison Till.
Jonathan is also Chairman of the West Yorkshire region of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and the Yorkshire Shadow Monetary Policy Committee which is run by Lupton Fawcett Denison Till in conjunction with the Yorkshire Post.

The debate follows ICE Yorkshire and Humber's Annual General Meeting at 18.00, refreshments from 17.30.
