There will be a central social space for networking with food and drinks throughout the evening. This will include stalls showing great engineering projects female engineers have worked on.
Three lectures will take place with keynote speakers addressing some of the issues faced by women working in the engineering industry.
The first lecture will be a panel discussion on the topic of 'Returning to work after a career break'. The panel will feature Rachel Skinner, ICE president 2020, Dawn Bonfield, WES past president and more tbc.
The second lecture will be an interactive presentation on 'Unconscious Bias – how it affects the workplace'. It will be given by Harish Bhayani, Senior Partner Inclusion, Diversity and Equality at PRM Diversity Consultants.
The third lecture will be a presentation on 'Inspiring the future generation of Engineers'.
