Civil engineers, shaping the world, Chelmsford

About this event

2018 sees the 200th anniversary of the Institution of Civil Engineers. As part of the celebrations, we will be giving a short presentation on civil engineering in the Chelmsford Library.

Come and join us and learn about the role of civil engineers in our society and how civil engineering has shaped the world around us.

The presentation will demonstrate some of the amazing civil engineering achievements from the last 200 years, both close to home and around the world.

This event is free and open to anyone interested in learning more about Civil Engineering. The presentation will start at 4.30pm in the Gallery Area of the Library.
