Stella will speak on whether the CDM Regulations 2015 is currently being taken seriously by the construction industry. She will comment on the 'golden thread' concept highlighted following the Grenfell Tower disaster and its implications for the construction industry in the future, and identify some key principles which all duty holders would do well to revisit.

Stella became a member of Association of Project Safety (APS) in 1995 and a Fellow in 2006, served as APS Wales Regional Chair from 2007 to 2011, and became a Director in 2013. She is now currently President of the Association.
