ICE and Costain Joint Lecture: preventing a re-occurrence - what organisations do to embed lessons, London

About this event

Online registration for this event is now closed. If you wish to attend please do come along and register on the door.

ICE and Costain host an annual prestige lecture exploring themes within health and safety in the built environment.

This year guests will hear from speakers Simon Wright, Programme Director at Crossrail and Darren James, Managing Director of Infrastructure at Costain, reflecting on learning from their own perspectives.

After the lecture, delegates will be invited to question and debate the arising issues, initially in the lecture theatre and then continue the discussion over drinks.

Key learnings:

  • When we say we've got to the root cause – have we?
  • When we publish lessons learned – have they really?

Last year's oversubscribed lecture was a highlight of the ICE calendar so early booking is advised.
