The presentation will take you through the journey Sydney Metro has been on, over a number of years. The presentation will look at the CCD guidelines developed by Sydney Metro including personas, the customers decision making process, journey maps and stress points. Examples of changes to the Metro design and end product will be provided. There will be opportunity for questions at the end of the presentation.
