Deep and deliberate delegation for civil engineers, webinar

About this event

Leaders and the most effective managers get the ‘doing’ done by other people, they know how to delegate. In this Lunch and Learn Webinar Dave Stitt will show how delegation is never a simple, linear transaction between two people and why delegation needs to be deep and deliberate for it to be effective.

Successful civil engineers unleash talent around them and win back their own time so they can act with the ‘Big picture’ in mind as well as get the detail handled.

Participants will appreciate the complexity involved with getting things done through people, locate ‘tools’ they can use straight away and find out how to start delegating in a deep and deliberate way. It promises to be a bit different and might just change how you think, lead and manage!
