Where construction works slow down, there is a loss of productivity. Does that loss of productivity mean incurring a cost?
Join the ICE France Local Association and Quantum Global Solutions for a joint presentation on disruption in the construction industry.
This presentation will explore the issues specifically around typical contemporary records relating to plant and labour. The speakers will investigate how records can evidence losses of productivity, losses of efficiency and how they may ultimately substantiate a disruption claim. They will discuss common methodologies and explore why disruption claims have been rare, and generally not all that successful. The speakers will also compare the ‘measured mile’ and the ‘system dynamics’ approaches, two of the most reliable lost productivity quantifying methods, in relation to disruption damages claims.
