About this event

The University of Suffolk at Suffolk New College delivers a fully JBM accredited programme of Foundation and Bachelor’s Degrees in Civil Engineering. The programme is delivered on a day-release basis and is aimed at assisting in the professional development of technicians, designers and managers working across the Civil Engineering industry in the Eastern Region.

The presentations will be delivered by three graduates who completed their BSc Honours studies in May this year and who are employed in a range of local government and private industrial occupations:

  • Nathan Harvey: Development of a prioritisation toolkit for highways asset management;
  • Ryan Cantwell: Does the RIBA Plan of Work facilitate the development of brown-field land?
  • Iain Crawford: What are the barriers to small companies achieving BIM level 2?

The event will take place at Suffolk New College on October 10th 2017 at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start.
