Ecology for engineers, Chelmsford

About this event

How do engineers affect local ecosystems? How can engineers enhance the local environment? Or by bad design how can we damage the local environment? Important design considerations for every engineer given the environmental challenges of today.

The evening lecture will attempt to set out some of the considerations that should be made during the design process, helping engineers to make better decisions and identify potential issues early. Case studies and typical situations for those in the East of England will be identified.
