The Emerging Engineers Award

Come along to discover the latest talent in your engineering community at the 2017 ICE Australasia Emerging Engineers Award Dinner.

The Emerging Engineers Award (EEA) promotes and rewards excellence in the communication of civil engineering ideas and innovation, research and best practice on projects/design. Papers submitted by ICE graduate and student members within the region have been reviewed by the Judging Panel and the top entry will be presented the prestigious award from ICE International Director, Catherine Cole.

ICE Edmund Hambly Medal

The Edmund Hambly Medal, which recognises an engineering project that makes a substantial contribution to sustainable development, which last year went to The Barangaroo Reserve. The Reserve is a waterfront development in Sydney, Australia. The completed project is a public recreational space, which sets a global benchmark for urban renewal and sustainable development within a major city.

The dinner is subsidised by the Local Association and the cost to members and guests for the evening, comprising a 3-course dinner with wine, beer and soft drinks, is $45 per person.
