About this event

With one in six properties at risk, flooding and flood defence continue to be matters of national concern for the UK.

In order to overcome the challenges and future proof infrastructure for business and communities, the industry needs to step up flood risk management.

The ICE Flooding conference is an opportunity for asset owners and the flooding supply chain to look at long-term strategies to protect residents. Expert speakers will present detailed case studies, showcase the latest projects and innovative solutions, and examine how far the UK has come in terms of sustainable flood risk management.

Delegates will gain a better understanding of flood risk, hear about the Government’s position and commitment to funding, learn how to deliver change and challenge how and where flood risk management schemes are delivered.

Programme sessions from Environment Agency, Lead Local Flooding Authorities, Network Rail and UK Rainwater Management Association will provide thought-provoking insights on flood risk management and strategy setting for resilience.

This is the third event in ICE's flooding conference series, established as a key event for senior level individuals from the supply chain including Government, contractors, consultancies, local authorities, water companies and solution providers
