About this event

Building Information Modelling (BIM) has grown massively in recent years, being pushed by government initiatives as a means of reducing risk and costs in construction.

Gary Morin will look at how BIM principles (Process, Collaboration and Whole Life) together with the enabler, 3D Digital Data can be applied to geotechnical engineering to transform a traditional process, with the aim to minimise uncertainty and produce a better site investigation and lead to reduced risk and cost.
