The Young Professional Group (YPG) One Day Seminar on Contract Management (the Seminar) has been jointly organised annually by young professionals from varies institutions since 2004. As contract management is essential to the professions of arbitrators, engineers and surveyors, experienced speakers from diversified backgrounds are invited to share their experiences and insights in contract management.
This year, hot topics including, procurement practice, negotiation of settlement, dispute resolution to forms of contracts would be covered. Young professionals who want to be equipped with knowledge in these areas are highly recommended to join the Seminar.
