About this event

Infrastructure: Shaping Hong Kong is an ICE initiative exploring how Hong Kong can develop its infrastructure up to and beyond 2030 in support of the HKSAR Government's ambitions for low carbon living in an urban environment. ICE has recently launched a report to examine some recommendations for the HKSAR Government consideration.

In this evening seminar, Mr CM Lee, Project Manager of the Shaping Hong Kong initiative, will give an introduction of the ICE Infrastructure: Shaping Hong Kong report and its recommendations.

Mr Lee is the Project Manager of the Shaping Hong Kong initiative.

He been the ICE Council Member representing Hong Kong since October 2013. He was elected a committee member of the ICE Hong Kong Association in 2010, vice-chairman in 2012 and served as the chairman of the Association 2013-15.

Mr Lee retired from the Hong Kong Government in 2012 after a service of 33 years. My last position in WSD was the head of the Design Division overseeing the design and construction of a portfolio of projects of over $4 billion, including the first pioneer project adopting Eurocodes for design in Hong Kong.
