The Institution of Civil Engineers is pleased to announce that the ICE Procurement and the Supply Chain conference will take place on Wednesday 13 April 2016.

The event will bring professionals together to identify vital and innovative procurement practices to make a positive difference in project delivery by reducing costs and waste.

Delegates will hear case studies from major infrastructure clients including HS2, Crossrail 2, London Underground, Yorkshire Water and Highways England, learning how to balance budgetary constraints and the need to innovate, deliver efficiency savings and achieve growth.

Sessions will cover city infrastructure, with case studies on housing, highways, water and bridges demonstrating the specialised knowledge required for efficient strategy. We will also look at simplifying the procurement process - how regulations, techniques and budget management approaches can deliver projects more cost effectively.

The programme will be released shortly.

Who should attend

Project managers or project procurement professionals involved in the negotiation, administration, management and interpretation of contracts.
