The ICE West Midlands Annual General Meeting (AGM) is where current Chair, Yvonne Aust, will officially hand over to the new 2018-19 Chair, Malcolm Corlett.
The event is open to all ICE Members and gives you a chance to hear the outgoing Chair's review and the Treasurer's report.

Martin Hobbs, Asset Delivery National Rollout Director and Paul Cockell, Programme Leader for Major Projects in the Midlands will be speaking about the roll out of Highway England’s new ‘Asset Delivery Model’ which is helping to improve the maintenance and operations of England’s motorways and major A roads by directly managing both the maintenance, and delivery of capital renewal and improvement schemes.
Martin is the Asset Delivery National Rollout Director within Operations and has been working in Highways England and its predecessors for 28 years.
Martin is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has managed major road projects, highway maintenance works and privately financed contracts as well as leading national policy, research and delivery of winter service, network resilience and crisis management. He led the development of the asset delivery approach and now leads the national rollout and further evolution.
