Is Risk Management simply a black box system, Belfast

About this event

One thing we can never have enough of is bright designers, great constructors and people who can maintain and operate civil engineering works. When it comes to engineering projects, there is not only one solution, there are multiple solutions. You’ve got to sketch out different solutions that might align to achieving the best engineering solution.

This talk will focus on ensuring that you have reasonable and efficient solutions in place to manage risk. It is vital to be risk aware and adopt a risk intelligent approach in the engineering industry, as you have to ensure that the correct subject matter experts are involved in projects early on and properly research lessons learned from relevant failures and mistakes.

Refreshments will be served from 5.30pm.
