G&S One-Day Seminar: Land supply for future generations - approaches, challenges and visions, Hong Kong

About this event

Together with the growth in economy and population, the voice of land demand has been stronger in recent years. Attempts to increase land supply have been made by different sectors from the government, consultants, to academic institutes by the means of town planning, feasibility studies of land reclamation, and cavern & underground development, etc. This highlights the importance of medium to long term strategy for land supply and the associated engineering solutions.

The topic of One-Day Seminar 2018 will be “Land supply for future generation – approaches, challenges and visions”.

Speakers from the government and various companies participating in different aspects of land supply will share insights and experience including planning, cavern and underground development, reclamation, redevelopment, and innovative ideas.
