Unfortunately this webinar is now fully booked, however you can watch the recording from October’s webinar.
A brief synopsis of the accountabilities of consultants and how professionals acting within these organisations should safeguard themselves against future action with respect to the work they produce. The webinar will be very useful for professionals who are new to contracts and contract law and for those who want to gain experience in contractual knowledge for their member attributes. This webinar will support development towards attributes 5B and 5C.
Based on his experience and using real life examples, Patrick Waterhouse will introduce the liabilities of consultants and how they can avoid the pitfalls of getting caught up in legal issues.
Please note this is a repeat of the webinar from 17th October and won’t include any new material since then.
Patrick is a construction adjudicator and contracts advisor. He is a member of a number of adjudication panels, including ICE. He is also an ICE reviewer and the author of 2 ICE Publishing titles on initial professional development and passing the Professional Review.
