One Team Wessex - a collaborative framework, Portsmouth

About this event

One Team Wessex (OTW) is an overview of collaboration as a concept with a detailed case study on how this has been implemented in the Network Rail Wessex CP5 Multi-Functional Framework. The presentations will explore the challenges faced, methods used and will provide an interesting range of project case studies showing the benefits that collaboration has added.

Why you should attend:

  • To gain an understanding of what collaboration is
  • To understand how tools such as BS1 1000/ISO 44001 can help the collaborative journey
  • To see, through case studies, the benefits that collaboration has delivered

You should attend if you are involved in projects, whether or not you are following a collaborative route as many of the concepts are universally applicable.

Our speakers are Gavin Tidey, Head of Business Performance at Osborne and James Buckley, Lead Development Manager at Osborne. They have been directly involved in the Network Rail Wessex CP5 Multifunctional Framework over the past 3 years. They have seen first-hand how collaboration works and the benefits it brings. Importantly they have previously worked in more traditional contracting arrangements where collaboration was not a focal point of the contract or relationship.
