This interactive session for leaders will focuses on the importance and impact of perception and self-awareness. Giving you practical tools and techniques to help you lead others and form stronger relationships.

  • Identify and list the importance and impact of perception and self-awareness.
  • Create opportunities for stronger relationships that inspire and engages others.
  • Start your self-awareness journey and action plan next stages of personal development.

Nina Goldsworthy-Griffiths

Nina specialises in creating purposeful learning solutions that enhances the performance of leaders and improves employee engagement. As a licensed Insights Discovery® Practitioner, Nina uses a simple and accessible "four colour model" to help people understand their own unique behavioural preferences and that of others.

Emma Howard

Emma is an expert in finding solutions for individuals and organisations to improve their customer service, using a variety of techniques, helping to engage and motivate your people. Emma calls on experience developed over 20 years of leading Learning and Development practice, gained working with and for demanding clients, in a variety of sectors.

Emma does not believe one size fits all, and ensures and training interventions are bespoke and have real benefits and outcomes.
