About this event

In recent years, various mega engineering projects have been in full swing and awareness towards different dimensions of project management have been rising, ranging from cost control, contracting arrangement and new technologies. This highlights the importance of effective and innovative project optimisation measures.

Following last year success on "Sustainable Engineering Solutions in Complex Urban Development", this year the topic of One-Day Seminar will be "Project Optimisation - from Planning, Design to Construction".

Speakers from the government and various companies with different roles in project delivery will share their experience in cost control, NEC management and BIM technology.

  • Capacity: 80
  • Food and beverage will be served during lunch time and coffee break.
  • Registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis and priority will be given to ICE student and graduate members.
  • Payment can be made by cheques or PayPal.

Technical Report Prize (For ICE members only)

This event is eligible for the technical report prize. ICE HKA awards prizes to young ICE members who reside in Hong Kong and prepare reports of a high standard on the caption technical event. Winners will be given a bookprize of HK$500 or granted free attendance at the ICE HKA Annual Conference or the ICE HKA Annual Dinner.
