RGL are Specialists in Ultra High Pressure Water Jetting. They provide their services across many industry sectors, Civil Engineering, Transport, Utilities, Power Generation, Marine and Petrochemical; cutting, cleaning and Hydroblasting in varied applications.
This presentation offers an insight into some of these applications giving case history of works completed by RGL and illustrates the capabilities of the versatile “Liquid Laser”. This simple - Water Under Pressure – Water Jets offer numerous, safety and environmental benefits over conventional blast cleaning and cutting methods. The intention is to give Engineers practical advice on when and where it should be possible to specify or utilise waterjets in real applications.
Jeremy has been involved with High Pressure Water Jets all his adult Life. Starting work on the tools in manufacturing High Pressure Pumps then moving across to Pump Rentals and then onto providing Contract Services. He has worked in Operations, Technical Sales and Marketing. Jeremy is currently Commercial Director at Rentajet Group Limited a business which was started by his father in 1984.
Jeremy has travelled widely with his work, is an active member of the Water Jetting Association of Great Britain. He sits on the Technical Committee where he has been involved with developing nationally recognised Safety Codes of Practice. Jeremy is also a member of the Institute of Corrosion and offers advice in connection with the use of water jets in surface preparation/corrosion protection of steel and concrete.
