About this event

This session will provide an update on the security threats that people and infrastructure face. The presentation will share the latest palette of counter-terrorism protective security measures available to the infrastructure and transport sectors. It will also highlight the standards for security-mindedness to those using digital engineering techniques and BIM in their design and construction activities.

This is an inter-professional event with ACE (Association for Consultancy and Engineering), CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers), ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers) Manchester Branch and Graduates & Students Committee, IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers) and RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute).

Networking, food and refreshments commences from 1730hrs, followed by our presentation by CPNI from 1830hrs.
