Mukesh Sharma and Jonathan Harding have over 50 years of Systems Engineering and Systems Safety experience between them; leading the related activities on major projects such as West Coast Mainline upgrade, Cooling the Tube, Cable Car for London, and Development of SIL4 products for railway applications.

They are currently leading the Systems Safety Activities for the upgrade of the Subsurface Railway (SSR) of London Underground called the Four Lines Modernisation Programme (4LM). KSEL was set up 2 years ago and has safety and assurance engineers working for HS2, Network Rail, ERA, WSP/PB, GHD and London Underground. KSEL has delivered over 30 ESAC submissions with everyone produced on time, on budget and accepted first time and is seen by the industry to be best practice.
