Technician Tea Break: Challenges & opportunities, Kent & East Sussex online

About this event

The number of people being recognised as professional, capable civil engineering technicians and members of the Institution of Civil Engineers has increased dramatically over the last 5 years.

The Institution of Civil Engineers is an independent professional association and a charitable body. It aims to support the civil engineering profession, in part, by liaising directly with industry. The local Kent & East Sussex branch of the ICE would like to find an opportunity to meet with the growing body of technician members.

The purpose of this inaugural online meeting is to establish a positive link with local Technicians working in the civil engineering industry. We aim to provide an opportunity to help people to meet and discuss how the Institution can support them locally in their personal, professional development and in the sharing of knowledge about the world of civil engineering.

This event is primarily open to Technician Members (EngTech MICE/FICE) who live or work in the Kent and East Sussex area. If you would like to meet other people who live and work in the local area, please take the time to login into the event. Technicians are invited to log in at any time between 15.00 and 16.00 and spend as much or as little time online as they can.
