The arrival of NEC4 – Is this a compensation event? Coalville

About this event

This talk will cover changes made from NEC3 when NEC4 was issued, on 22 June 2017.

It will explain some of the more significant changes and the reasons behind them, and provide an interactive session opening up audience discussion to share good and bad experiences with NEC.

Recently Ian delivered a paper at a construction conference in Malaysia, at which he argued that adopting the principles of NEC would revolutionise relationships in the Malaysian construction industry. Therefore he is an advocate of NEC, but only if it is used correctly.
