Building on the successful Unconscious bias session facilitated in November 2017 and by popular demand, this session will take the conversation to the next level. We will look at the jigsaw pieces that impact on our biases and reframe the perspectives to challenge your thinking on what you could and should act upon to address the workplace anomalies.

Dr Bansi is the founder of Kaur Values Associates, an organisation that delivers cutting edge leadership development programs to enable people to excel beyond traditional leadership skills and to make a significant impact in their business. Her passion is developing professionals, individuals and groups in all service sectors to succeed in senior roles as well as thinking of skills and jobs needed in the future for a sustainable economy. She is a chartered civil engineer with over 20 years' experience working with large organisations. Her technical background is civil engineering infrastructure, specialising in bridges; her managerial experience includes business strategy and planning, performance management and scorecard development, change management, business audits, people performance, stakeholder engagement, customer relationships manager, enhanced performance appraisals and staff motivation.
