Undoing the revolution: What it means for human relationships, Montreuil

About this event

As we increasingly communicate using electronic means, what effect is this likely to have given the greater percentage of communication is said to be 'nonverbal'? Tony will explore the journey in understanding team dynamics and human behaviour with emphasis on their importance in structuring an e-practice.

He explains the use of pyschometric testing and its value in developing effective virtual teams whilst preserving a working chemistry between the personalities. Each team member is encouraged to understand themselves, their strengths and weaknesses and how the world sees them. He explores the construct of an effective team and the potential pitfalls in blindly constructing a team without understanding how the individual operates.

In an age where individuals are choosing more and more where and when they work are we destined to return to the farmer's fields, where crop harvesters chose, as individuals, what fields they worked and for how long?

The talk will be illustrated with personal experience examples and allow for discussion time afterwards.

Arrival from 18h45. The lecture will be given in English.

Optional paying dinner in central Paris after the talk.
