Gill Rudge

Gill has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior HR professional in both retail and financial services sectors with particular expertise in learning and development, coaching, recruitment and selection.

Gill was previously Head of HR for the Finance, Property and Legal functions in Marks and Spencer, and since running her own HR consultancy, has worked as a HR Project Manager for the Welsh Development Bank and Transport for Wales, been an interim Account Manager for John Lewis Learning and Development and developed and delivered leadership training for Gerald Eve.

Gill has extensive experience as a coach, working with senior leaders and clients including those with neuro-diverse and/or mental health conditions, and uses Clean language as a way of helping clients build confidence and maximise their strengths using their own metaphors.

She has a practical, down-to-earth way of working with clients and has been described as “refreshingly pragmatic”.

Gillhas an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, Birkbeck; Accredited in Level A and B Psychometric testing, including MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Step 1 & Step II.

She studied languages at university and is comfortable working in French and Welsh.
