Can robots manage our transport network systems better than humans do? Can we improve customer journeys by automating the way we manage our networks? Can we predict the future and quickly react to changing customer requirements? What can we do right now to prepare for a connected vehicle future?
WSP in partnership with the Institution of Civil Engineers, Western Australia Local Association (ICE WALA) invites you to join us for a roundtable discussion to explore how automating network management decision making improves the way our communities move and interact.
The session will comprise a short presentation from our speakers, followed by an interactive round table discussion.
Spaces are limited so please book early.
Our speakers for the session will be Ian Patey and Rachael Quinn from WSP's UK business. Ian will explore how the UK is using intelligent and predictive demand management to optimise existing network capacity. Rachael will then share how operational modelling is being used to manage demand and predict future transport needs.
