Tim Over

Tim manages key accounts within Atkins – Utility Solutions, many of which are involved in the design of major infrastructure projects across the UK, whilst regularly assisting geospatial CPD events for Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) South West and South Wales. Tim has a keen interest in how digital technology will aid improvements in the utility industry having been involved with the development of in-car GPS systems and the evolution of survey equipment including laser scanning and drones [UAVs].
