About this event

This workshop is jointly organised by ICE Wales Cymru and the ICE Benevolent Fund.

We have invited Anxiety UK to deliver a workshop on anxiety and stress in the workplace to help you to better understand and recognise the causes, symptoms and support options for anxiety and stress in the workplace. The sessions are designed for anyone who would like a better understanding of mental health conditions for either themselves, a colleague, a family member or a friend.

A buffet lunch will be served.

Dave Smithson – Anxiety UK, Services Manager

Dave Smithson

Dave Smithson is the charity’s Services Manager, responsible for the oversight of Anxiety UK’s roster of therapists as well as the charity’s therapy service provision. Dave works closely alongside the Membership Manager to ensure that those seeking to benefit from the charity’s services receive the support they need.

Dave has an extensive background in PR & Communications for a range of private, public and voluntary sector organisations. He was formerly a Trustee for a Merseyside based charity and previously worked for a youth based charity where his role also included event management and fundraising.
