Explore room options
The La Rochelle airport is located about 6km from the city centre. Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe and other airlines offer regular flights from more than 80 destinations in sixteen countries.
Another option is flying into Paris and then taking France's high-speed train. There are direct trains to La Rochelle from Paris's Montparnasse train station that take about two and a half to three hours.
Direct long-distance trains also run to La Rochelle from Lille, Nantes and Bordeaux thus affording connections from almost anywhere in France, in fact most of Europe.
If coming from the UK, you can also try the Eurostar and then get the high-speed train service to La Rochelle.
If you are driving from elsewhere in France, La Rochelle is easily reachable via France's large and modern highway system.
Drop-off on 26 September
ICE has arranged drop-offs after the technical site visit to the airport at 13:30 and the train station at 14:00, allowing delegates the chance to travel home on Thursday afternoon.
Note ICE Travel Insurance Policy does not cover delegates and that we strongly recommend that each delegate takes out their own travel insurance to cover themselves whilst overseas.
