About this event

Gareth Protheroe, Director of Operations, Jacobs, will discuss current contract practices together with contract management / commercial issues. This event will be of benefit to both those preparing for their Professional Review and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for all ICE Members.

These are essential attributes for civil engineers, Gareth will cover how to:

  • Prepare and control budgets.
  • Use sound knowledge of statutory and commercial frameworks within own area of responsibility and have an appreciation of other commercial arrangements.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement on statutory, contractual and commercial issues in relation to your area of responsibility.

There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
