About this event

This evening seminar will be given by Mike Arnold, an employment law specialist with many years' experience in the field.

Do you know your responsibilities under U.K. law with regard to equality? Do you know when a workplace nickname becomes a legal claim? Do you know what you need to do to make "reasonable" efforts to employ less abled people?

Mike will give a two hour seminar with materials to take away at the end that introduces the Equality Act 2010 and what it means as both an employer and an employee. The course will cover all aspects of diversity in the workplace and provide the attendees with greater understanding of their responsibilities, no matter what level of your career you are at.

This course is open to anyone, not just members of the ICE and places will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Please feel free to forward this flyer to office managers or HR staff that you feel may benefit. There are limited spaces available which must be pre-booked.
