ICE President, Mr Paul Sheffield CBE will be visiting Hong Kong during 6-8 Jan 2020. Presidential Reception is scheduled on 7 Jan 2020 where President will meet the guests and members in Hong Kong. During the event, President will present awards to ICE International Medal 2019 winner Sir Gordon Wu GBS, People’s Choice Award 2019 winning team and Membership certificate to newly elected Fellows in 2019. All members are welcome to join the Presidential Reception to meet President and your old friends of ICE.

Dress code: Business attire
(Club Policies: Jeans, T-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, shoes for sports activities and flip-flops are not acceptable. No denim may be worn at any time.)
- Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to ICE members.
- Only successful applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Adverse weather arrangement
The event will be cancelled or rescheduled to another date in case of Thunderstorm, Amber or Red or Black Rainstorm Alert; or Typhoon Signal No.3 or No. 8 or above being in force by the Hong Kong Observatory at or after 7am. It may also be cancelled because of safety or other reasons.
The Institution of Civil Engineers (Hong Kong Association) shall not under any circumstances be liable or otherwise for death or any injury or for any damage to or loss or destruction of property or otherwise, in any such case arising from any accident or mishap, and whether during or after this event, in preparation for it, traveling to or from it or otherwise.
