Five strands of Project 13

About this event

Project 13 is an industry-led movement to improve the way high performance infrastructure is delivered.

It is about moving from transactional business models to collaborative enterprise models to boost certainty and productivity in delivery, improve whole life outcomes in operation and support a more sustainable, innovative, highly skilled industry.

  • Lucy Howard, will explain what Project 13 is and expand on the principles that sit behind it
  • Andy Haynes from Heathrow Airport will expand on how Project 13 principles are being embedded by that organisation outlining the challenges and lessons being learned.

This will then be followed by a panel discussion and questions from the audience.

Visit the Project 13 website for more information.

Light refreshments will be available from 08:00 with the event to start at 08:30.

This is a joint event with ACE, CECA, CICES, CIHT
