About this event

The tempo of Infrastructure in construction in Australia is fierce, the projects massive and the technical difficulties daunting. Hardly surprising then, that we have read about the occasional problem. Optimisation of delivery means different things to different stakeholders.

Whatever your situation, it is vital to understand the risks and issues which come with trying to deliver these culture-changing projects. This is a canter through some of the key elements currently in play with war stories from the last few years and other jurisdictions.
