Overview

Did you know that a whopping 30% of working-age adults have high blood pressure? And that jumps to 60% for those aged 65 and over!

But don’t worry, whether you're chasing after kids or grandkids, or just trying to squeeze the most out of life’s adventures, we’ve got your back.

Join us for this bite-sized session where we’ll cover some practical tips to help you manage your blood pressure without sacrificing flavour or fun.

The webinar will explore:

  •     NHS recommendations and the signs and symptoms of high blood pressure
  •     The role of salt and sugar in blood pressure and why you can’t eliminate either entirely
  •     Strategies, including understanding food labels and cooking tips
  •     Easy recipes and tasty alternatives
  •     Additional, simple lifestyle changes to reduce blood pressure
