It’s no secret that food prices have surged over the last 18 months. But eating well on a budget is about more than just the cost of food. This webinar offers plenty of tips to make your hard-earned cash go further, without compromising on the good stuff!

The webinar will explore:

  • Which fridge shelf should you store fruit on?
  • The economical debate; oven, microwave, or air fryer?
  • Which is better; frozen, tinned, or fresh?
  • Budget-friendly healthy meal ideas
  • Planning and shopping trips
