Overview

Securing your first leadership role can be difficult if you don’t have managerial experience. To be considered for the position, you need experience. To gain experience, you need to land the job… A common catch-22 when filling out job applications!

In this bite-sized session, we explore how to break that cycle and put yourself in the best possible position to be considered for your next step on the career ladder.

During this webinar, delegates will explore:

  • What you can do in your current role to prepare for a leadership position
  • How to become the kind of person that can be considered for a leadership role
  • How to look for leadership roles
  • Ensuring you do well at an interview if you’ve never had a leadership role before
