Positive Psychology is the science of wellbeing and what it means to live a good life. Small adaptations to our mindset and daily habits are proven to boost our happiness levels. In this webinar, we will explore some ideas on small changes you can make to improve your day-to-day happiness levels.

Lucy is a masters level Coaching Psychologist and Positive Psychologist. Her work helps clients build resilience, maintain psychological and emotional health, and cultivate restorative rest.
