Overview

Bullying and harassment unfortunately remain a reality in some workplaces and can be devastating to our performance, confidence and sense of wellbeing. Are you able to recognise the difference between bullying and banter? Do you know where to turn should you, or someone you know, become a victim of workplace harassment?

During this webinar, we will:

  • Clarify definitions and the UK legal position
  • Explore risk factors that enable bullying behaviour
  • Consider coping strategies
  • Identify ways to take positive action
