Overview

We will review the key compliance items within the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) regulations in relation to supporting projects and how they drive delivery of environmental objectives.

We’ll also explore how practitioners can best support projects to achieve compliance with EIA and the Controlled Activities Regulations (CAR) by highlighting some common challenges, and potential solutions in relation to current legislation and potential future development of EIA & CAR.

There will be a Q&A session at the end of the webinar, as it would be beneficial for attendees to share experience – both good and bad – to maximise learning opportunities.
